In the series of “Sound & Body of I & Eye : Bookperformance”, Çiğdem tells how a book (as an object) becomes a book in its physicality. Readers / Audience is welcome to join the performance, which is a very nature of Çiğdem’s “bookperformance”.
The challange in this specific bookperformance (that happened in the context of White Night Festival) is a long durational event that lasted 7 consecutive hours: 20:00-00:00, 9th September 2017 – 00:00 –03:00 10th September 2017, which are documented in 100 photopgraphs above.
The construction of the structure of the book passed through the following stages each of which took 1 hour:

In that challange, special thanks to the projected film reflecting the mind of a writer that is becoming an author.
